No Bake Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

Instructions
- Add oats, dates, flax, chia seeds, almond butter, pumpkin puree, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice to a food processor and pulse until the mixture starts to stick together.
- Pour in ¼ cup of water and pulse until the mixture is sticky enough to form balls.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and optionally fold in dried cranberries.
- Form the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
