Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed meal
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until the mixture is well incorporated and sticky.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  4. With damp hands, shape 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and place on a plate.
  5. Repeat until all the mixture is formed into balls.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
