Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cups vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ¾ cup water

The mix-ins

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the almond butter, protein powder, oat flour, and water, pulsing until combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and press it down evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
  6. Slice into 12 bars.
