Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, coconut flour, protein powder, and sweetener.
- Add almond butter and maple syrup, mixing until a crumbly batter forms.
- Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until a thick batter is formed. Fold in the crumbled cookies.
- Transfer the batter to the lined baking dish and press firmly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
