Homemade Protein Bars

Instructions
- Line a deep pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, melt the peanut butter with the maple syrup until combined.
- Add the melted mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and press firmly.
- Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
- Cut into bars and optionally cover with chocolate before serving.
