Instructions
- Combine the coconut flakes, powdered sugar substitute, and protein powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the sugar free condensed milk and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined 8x8-inch pan and press down firmly.
- Freeze the mixture for 10 minutes to firm up, then slice into 12 bars.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments until fully melted.
- Dip each coconut bar in the melted chocolate until completely coated.
- Place the bars on a lined plate and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
