Instructions
- Blend the almonds and coconut until a meal-like texture is formed.
- Set the mixture aside and grind the dried mango into smaller pieces.
- Mix the ground mango with the almond-coconut mixture, then stir in protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine honey or maple syrup, hot water, and vanilla extract, then mix with the dry ingredients.
- Adjust the consistency as needed, then press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars.
