Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour sifted
  • 2 cups protein powder flavored
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup almond butter (optional)
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking tray with baking paper and grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour and protein powder, mixing well. Add the nut butter if using.
  3. Gradually add the milk, ¼ cup at a time, until a thick batter forms.
  4. Transfer the batter to the lined pan and press it firmly into place. Optionally top with chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then slice into bars.
