Chocolate Coconut Protein Bars

Instructions
- Chop the chocolate chips in a food processor for about 20 seconds and set aside.
- Remove the pits from the dates and add them to the food processor with walnuts and coconut flour, processing for 20 seconds.
- Add the chopped chocolate back in and process for an additional 10 seconds.
- Check the mixture for consistency; if it's crumbly, add water gradually until it binds together like cookie dough.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium loaf pan and refrigerate for an hour.
- Cut into bars or squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze.
