Chocolate Peanut Protein Bars

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment or wax paper and soak hard dates in warm water if necessary.
- Process dates and peanuts in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add protein powder, cacao powder, and water, then process until a dough ball forms.
- Flatten the mixture in the lined pan until even and smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, drizzle over the bars, and top with crushed peanuts if desired.
- Freeze overnight and cut into bars.
