Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in a double boiler until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, cooling the mixture if necessary to prevent melting.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
- Lift the bars from the pan and slice them into desired portions.
