Mini Peanut Butter Protein Bars

The chocolate drizzle

Instructions
- Pulse the oats in a food processor or blender until slightly broken down.
- In a medium bowl, mix the oats, cereal, protein powder, flax, salt, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and press the dough firmly into the pan.
- Freeze the pan for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Remove the bars from the pan and drizzle the melted chocolate over them.
- Cut the bars into 24 small pieces and serve.
