Ingredients

The dry ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

The wet ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Optional ingredients

  • to taste chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan or 9 x 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup until melted.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well, adding milk if the batter is too thick.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and press firmly into place.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before drizzling with melted chocolate, if desired.
