Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch pan or 9 x 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup until melted.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well, adding milk if the batter is too thick.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and press firmly into place.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before drizzling with melted chocolate, if desired.
