No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, chocolate chips, and maple syrup, and heat until melted.
- Whisk the melted mixture until fully combined, then pour it over the oats and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Once firm, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
