Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together in a medium pan over medium heat, stirring often.
- Once melted, stir in the peanut butter and maple syrup until combined, then remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, crispy rice cereal, and add-ins.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Press the mixture tightly into the prepared pan using a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
