No-Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

Instructions
- Combine quick oats, rice krispies, coconut, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds in a medium bowl.
- Add the remaining bar ingredients (except water) and mix well; add water if needed to help the dough stick together.
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough, pressing it firmly into the pan.
- Freeze the pan for at least 30 minutes to chill the bars.
- For the chocolate drizzle, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until smooth.
- Remove the bars from the pan and drizzle the melted chocolate evenly over them.
- Allow the chocolate to harden, then cut the bars into 16 squares and serve.
