No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Instructions
- Line a 9x13-inch casserole dish with parchment paper.
- Pulse the rice Chex in a food processor until broken into small pieces, or place in a bag and crush by hand.
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, brown rice syrup, and honey until combined.
- Add the crushed Chex, peanuts, and chocolate chips to the mixture and stir until everything is coated.
- Pour the mixture into the lined dish and press it down evenly.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until set.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into desired shapes.
