Chocolate Peanut Butter Crispy Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the brown rice crisps and 1 cup of chopped pecans, setting aside the rest.
- In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter and honey over medium-low until steaming, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the warm mixture with the rice crisps and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press down firmly to pack it evenly.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or over simmering water, then pour over the rice crisp mixture.
- Spread the chocolate evenly and sprinkle the remaining pecans and salt on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
