Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Add the crispy rice cereal to a large mixing bowl.
- In a small saucepan, bring honey to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and sea salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish firmly.
- For optional chocolate topping, melt dark chocolate chips and spread over the bars.
- Cool in the fridge or freezer until set, then slice into 16 bars.
