Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

Instructions
- Line an 8x8" baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, then add the dry milk powder and cook until dark nut brown.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and cook until melted and smooth, then add the condensed milk, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in the puffed rice cereal until coated, then transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and let sit at room temperature until set, at least 2 hours.
- Lift the treats out of the pan using the parchment, cut into 16 bars, and serve.
