Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

no-stir creamy peanut butter or nut/seed butter of choice

agave syrup or maple syrup

Coating and Mix-Ins

white chocolate or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper or spray it with oil.
- Place the rice crisps in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the nut butter, agave syrup, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a bubble, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat, mix in vanilla, and quickly combine with the rice crispies.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan and chill in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and spread it on top of the set rice krispies before slicing.
