Peanut Butter Krispy Treats

The mix-ins

Instructions
- Line two muffin tins with about 18 muffin/cupcake wrappers.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, and agar flakes, stirring until smooth and bubbling.
- Add the crisp brown rice cereal and ½ cup of chopped pistachios, stirring until well coated.
- Spoon two heaping tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin wrapper and press down with the back of a spoon.
- If preferred, transfer the mixture to an 8 by 8-inch baking dish instead.
- Sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top and refrigerate until completely cool to help the agar set.
