Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, protein powder, salt, and baking soda.
- Add maple syrup, cashew butter, almond milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips, coconut oil, and cashew butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before slicing into 9 bars and sprinkle with sea salt.
