Instructions
- Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper, greasing the inside first.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, including ½ cup of chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dough into the pan and press down evenly.
- Melt ¾ cup chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 2, 30-second increments until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the bars.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours, then slice into 12 bars.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
