Instructions
- Mix cashew butter, maple syrup, and oat flour in a large bowl.
- Add chocolate chips and salt, then press the mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwavable bowl, melt chocolate chips and cashew butter in 30-second increments until fully melted.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cookie dough layer.
- Freeze for one hour, sprinkle sea salt on top, and cut into bars.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
