Ingredients

Cookie Dough Layer

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • pinch salt

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix cashew butter, maple syrup, and oat flour in a large bowl.
  2. Add chocolate chips and salt, then press the mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a microwavable bowl, melt chocolate chips and cashew butter in 30-second increments until fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the cookie dough layer.
  5. Freeze for one hour, sprinkle sea salt on top, and cut into bars.
  6. Store in the fridge or freezer.
