Ingredients

The base

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup honey

The toppings

  • cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, and honey in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 8x8 pan.
  4. Melt the remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second increments until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the bars and refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting.
