Instructions
- Combine the shredded coconut, Medjool dates, and walnuts in a food processor.
- Process the ingredients until finely chopped.
- Gradually add water, processing after each addition until the mixture clumps together.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined loaf pan and press down to form an even layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
