Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and rolled oats.
- Melt the almond butter and maple syrup together, then mix into the dry ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and press firmly into place.
- Refrigerate until firm, then slice into bars and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
