Ingredients

The base

  • cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup

Optional toppings

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and rolled oats.
  3. Melt the almond butter and maple syrup together, then mix into the dry ingredients.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and press firmly into place.
