Ingredients

The base

  • cups rolled oats
  • cups vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup brown rice syrup

Additional ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and brown rice syrup together.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined, adding water if necessary.
  5. Press the mixture into the lined pan and drizzle melted chocolate chips on top.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then slice into 24 bars.
