Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and brown rice syrup together.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined, adding water if necessary.
- Press the mixture into the lined pan and drizzle melted chocolate chips on top.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then slice into 24 bars.
