Instructions
- Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften, then drain and dry them.
- Combine the dates, almonds, oats, and salt in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Scrape down the sides as needed and continue blending until the mixture forms a ball.
- Roll the mixture into balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments and drizzle over the balls.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
