Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder.
- If the mixture is too thick, add warm water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- Stir in oats, coconut, flaxseed meal, and chocolate chips until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator or freezer until it is set and easier to handle.
- Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
