Instructions
- Pulse walnuts in a blender or food processor until finely crumbled.
- Transfer walnut crumbs to a medium mixing bowl.
- Blend dates until they form a paste-like consistency and add to the bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into about 13 bites.
- Store the bites in the refrigerator or freezer.
