No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

old-fashioned oats, ground into flour

The topping

semi-sweet chocolate chips

natural salted peanut butter
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine all bar ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth, then press the mixture evenly into the lined pan.
- For the topping, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small bowl in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate on top of the bar mixture and smooth it out with a spatula. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Freeze for four hours or overnight until solid, then slice into 16 bars.
- Store in a freezer bag or airtight container in the freezer.
