No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

The bars

  • 1 cup natural salted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats, ground into flour
  • ¼ cup ground flax

The topping

  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp natural salted peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all bar ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth, then press the mixture evenly into the lined pan.
  3. For the topping, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small bowl in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the bar mixture and smooth it out with a spatula. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
  5. Freeze for four hours or overnight until solid, then slice into 16 bars.
  6. Store in a freezer bag or airtight container in the freezer.
