Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup salted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup oat flour

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and oat flour until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into an 8×8 dish.
  3. In a microwave-safe dish, melt chocolate chips and remaining peanut butter in 30-second increments until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the peanut butter base.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer for one hour, then cut into bars and serve.
  6. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
