Ingredients

Base

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¾-1 cup maple syrup

Fudge center

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • cups oat flour

Frosting

  • 1 serving chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 or larger baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup until fully mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
  4. For the fudge filling, melt peanut butter and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop.
  5. Add oat flour to the melted mixture and mix until a thick batter forms, then pour over the base and refrigerate.
  6. Prepare the chocolate frosting and spread it over the fudge layer once firm.
  7. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes or until the frosting is set, then cut into bars and serve.
