No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper.
- Pulse the macadamia nuts in a food processor until mealy with some chunks.
- Combine the nuts with peanut butter and melted coconut oil in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture into the lined pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the nut mixture and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least an hour, then slice into squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
