Ingredients

The base

  • 1 ½ cups macadamia nuts
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

The topping

  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse the macadamia nuts in a food processor until mealy with some chunks.
  3. Combine the nuts with peanut butter and melted coconut oil in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture into the lined pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the nut mixture and spread evenly.
  7. Freeze for at least an hour, then slice into squares.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
