Ingredients

Base

  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Topping

  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl, then mix in the powdered and brown sugars.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and creamy peanut butter until smooth and combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, melt the chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in the pan.
  7. Heat the remaining peanut butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, then drizzle it over the chocolate.
  8. Use a toothpick to swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate for decoration.
  9. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
