Instructions
- Prepare the dough by whisking warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let it sit until foamy.
- Add remaining sugar, butter, eggs, salt, and flour, then mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough until soft and slightly tacky, then let it rise in a greased bowl for 2 hours.
- Punch down the dough, roll it out into a rectangle, and prepare the filling by mixing its ingredients.
- Spread the filling over the dough, add chocolate, roll it up, and cut into rolls.
- Let the rolls rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls until lightly browned, about 25-28 minutes.
- Prepare the icing by whisking cream, espresso powder, sugar, and vanilla, then drizzle over warm rolls.
