Ingredients

The matcha mixture

  • ½ tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar or maple syrup or agave nectar
  • ½ cup coconut cream

For serving

  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Chill the mixer bowl and whisk attachments in the freezer for about five minutes.
  2. Add the coconut cream to the bowl and whip until thick and creamy.
  3. Sift in the matcha powder and add the sugar, then whip again until just combined.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Add the whipped matcha to a tall glass of your favorite milk, with ice if desired.
  6. Stir vigorously to combine and enjoy.
