Whipped Matcha

The matcha mixture

Instructions
- Chill the mixer bowl and whisk attachments in the freezer for about five minutes.
- Add the coconut cream to the bowl and whip until thick and creamy.
- Sift in the matcha powder and add the sugar, then whip again until just combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Add the whipped matcha to a tall glass of your favorite milk, with ice if desired.
- Stir vigorously to combine and enjoy.
