Instructions
- Grate the tomatoes into a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the bread until charred on the edges.
- Rub the surface of the grilled bread with the garlic cloves.
- Top the bread with a spoonful of the tomato mixture, allowing excess liquid to drain off.
- Garnish with half of an anchovy or sardine, a few sprouts, and a drizzle of olive oil.
