Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in ¼ cup of fresh basil, then remove from heat.
- 4. Toss the garlic mixture and diced tomatoes with the drained pasta until combined.
- 5. Serve topped with the remaining basil and grated Parmesan.
