Instructions
- Score the chicken thigh to even the thickness and poke the skin with a fork.
- Heat a large frying pan on high heat without oil.
- Place the chicken skin side down in the pan and brown for about 5 minutes, removing excess oil.
- Turn the chicken over and cook the other side.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and reduce until thickened.
- Slice the chicken into 2 cm thick pieces and serve with vegetables.
