Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1 piece Chicken thigh

The sauce

  • 50 ml Teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Score the chicken thigh to even the thickness and poke the skin with a fork.
  2. Heat a large frying pan on high heat without oil.
  3. Place the chicken skin side down in the pan and brown for about 5 minutes, removing excess oil.
  4. Turn the chicken over and cook the other side.
  5. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and reduce until thickened.
  6. Slice the chicken into 2 cm thick pieces and serve with vegetables.
