Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, green onions, and olive oil.
- Combine the marinade with the chicken and let it marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
- For stovetop method, heat oil in a skillet and sear the marinated chicken until golden on both sides.
- Add the marinade to the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
- For grilled method, preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken until charred and cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
