The chicken

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, ginger, and 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well coated. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 day in the refrigerator.
- Heat the remaining 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet, discarding the used marinade, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
