Instructions
- Combine all teriyaki sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 8 minutes, baste with sauce, then bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with rice and broccoli.
