Instructions
- Blend the watermelon chunks in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Sieve the blended watermelon to separate the juice from the pulp.
- Add the watermelon juice back to the blender along with the wine and simple syrup, then pulse to combine.
- Pour the mixture into freeze pop sleeves, filling them to the indicated line and removing excess air before sealing.
- Place the filled sleeves on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 8 hours or until solid.
