Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks, seeded
  • 25 oz rosé or white wine
  • cup simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon chunks in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  2. Sieve the blended watermelon to separate the juice from the pulp.
  3. Add the watermelon juice back to the blender along with the wine and simple syrup, then pulse to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into freeze pop sleeves, filling them to the indicated line and removing excess air before sealing.
  5. Place the filled sleeves on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 8 hours or until solid.
