Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper and oil the inside.
- Roughly chop the almonds.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almonds and all dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined; the dough should be thick.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, flattening it with a spatula.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, flip the bread upside down, and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let the bread cool for 2 hours before slicing.
