Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and vinegar until combined.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with seeds.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
