Instructions
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then cool them in ice water and dry.
- Prepare the tomatillo salsa and chill it until ready to use.
- Heat the grill to medium and grill the green beans and corn until charred.
- Chop the green beans and slice the kernels off the corn, adding them to a bowl with onion and tomatoes.
- Add olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Grill or warm the tortillas.
- Assemble the tacos with the filling, feta cheese, and optional serrano slices, topping with salsa.
