For Mexican Grilled Corn

For Classic Grilled Corn

tablespoons
unsalted butter

to taste
kosher salt

ground black pepper
Instructions
- Soak the corn in a large bowl of cold water for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove the corn from the water and shake off excess water.
- Place the corn on the grill and cover, grilling for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
- For Mexican corn, melt the butter and mix in Parmesan, spices, and lime zest.
- Let the corn cool for 5 minutes, then peel back the husks.
- Brush the corn with the Mexican butter or butter and season for classic corn.
